If I am accused of a crime, am I guaranteed trial by jury?

If a person is accused of a crime and facing a trial then they are guaranteed the option of a trial by a jury of their peers. The potential jurors for the trial must be selected at random from the general population. Also, the actual jurors must be selected in a way that removes potentially biased jurors. In addition to a right to a trial by jury, an individual accused of a crime also has the right to an attorney.
